Before finding The Rug Store, I had spent days driving around to all the big-name home decor and furniture chains. To be honest, their selections were completely boring, bland, and repetitive—none of them had anything close to what I was looking for, and their prices were utterly outrageous.
On a whim, I happened to stop by The Rug Store, and I am so glad I did. Don't let the unassuming exterior fool you: while the storefront looks deceivingly small, their selection inside is absolutely massive. The best part? Literally the moment I walked in, I spotted the exact rug I had been searching for all along.
Unlike the cold, corporate big-box stores, this is a true family-owned business. The prices are insanely good for the quality they offer. But what really set them apart was how incredibly friendly and kind the owners are. They were so welcoming, in fact, that I ended up staying for 30 minutes just chatting with them, getting to know their personal story and hearing all about how they navigated running the business through COVID.

After a day of rug shopping and not finding anything we liked we tried the Rug Store. The prices were good, they had a lot to choose from, and the customer service was great as well.

Very beautiful and versatile collection. The shop owner was a really nice guy. We bought a 8x10 size rug. Love the rug, it goes really well with our living room decor. Price was very competitive and quality is very good.

Amazing service. Small store with a huge variety and personalized service. They explain about the rugs, give you tips, show options for your choice.
All this with a great deal price. Better than many big stores.

The store has a great selection of quality rugs for excellent prices. My family loves the rug I bought for our living room. The customer service I received at the store was also wonderful. The employees were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely consider buying another rug from here in the future.

Just purchased an area rug for our living room that would compliment my new furniture. We had a wonderful experience and received so much attention and assistance finding the right
pattern and size. We also learned a lot and had fun doing it. The owners are very personable and want you to choose the right rug for you. Thank you for all your help. It’s hard to see in this photo but the pattern is a more vibrant blue.

I just spent an hour or so with Fred and Kalid at The Rug Store in Abbotsford, and they were awesome. They appreciated my budget and worked with me going through their extensive inventory of area rugs. There were so many to choose from, in all colours, styles, sizes and prices. Finally after almost 2 hours we found the perfect one for my space. Convenient location, lots of parking, and they folded the carpet and carried it to my car for me, now that is service!! Super nice gentlemen, very patient and didn't pressure me at all. I would definitely recommend visiting The Rug Store, Abbotsford before anywhere else.

We had the best experience on our first visit to the Rug store. From the moment we walked in we knew we loved the place. The beautiful carpet selection is the best I've seen and the the care and attention given by the two family owners were second to none! We wanted to see a larger option of a rug and they offered to drive to their warehouse while we waited. This level of service is not seen today! My sister and I both left with beautiful rugs and will definitely be back and highly recommend this brother team!

This store is a hidden treasure. The rugs are absolutely gorgeous, customer service is beyond what you will find anywhere. Family owned business and makes you feel so welcomed. This is my only rug store. Thank you so much. This will be so beautiful in my new home.

I just bought rug from them. Extremely professional and polite store owners. I honestly spent more than hour thinking and deciding which rug to buy and they helped me in most professional and calmly manner. The lady also helped me to keep my rug in the car cause it was heavy.
