We had the best experience on our first visit to the Rug store. From the moment we walked in we knew we loved the place. The beautiful carpet selection is the best I've seen and the the care and attention given by the two family owners were second to none! We wanted to see a larger option of a rug and they offered to drive to their warehouse while we waited. This level of service is not seen today! My sister and I both left with beautiful rugs and will definitely be back and highly recommend this brother team!

This store is a hidden treasure. The rugs are absolutely gorgeous, customer service is beyond what you will find anywhere. Family owned business and makes you feel so welcomed. This is my only rug store. Thank you so much. This will be so beautiful in my new home.

The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, patient, and really helped me find the perfect rug for my space. I had a great experience shopping at this rug store. The customer service was excellent—friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of the rugs. I just bought rug from them. Extremely professional and polite store owners. I honestly spent more than hour thinking and deciding which rug to buy and they helped me in most professional and calmly manner. The lady also helped me to keep my rug in the car cause it was heavy.
