The Rug Store provides friendly service, excellent product knowledge and assistance in choosing which rug is right for your space. If you are looking for new area rugs for your home they have a great show room, good parking and easy in and out access. I highly recommend this business.

We had the greatest experience at this rug store. The owner was so accommodating and they have a great selection at great prices.They do get inventory that often are one offs or not matching. We managed to get a great combination. A lot of matching patterns and colours.Thankful that there still is great service out there!

We had the pleasure of shopping for rugs for our home at this little store yesterday and were overwhelmed with how great the service was and how reasonably priced the rugs were!!Having spent many years in Customer Service myself it is rare to find the kind of service the owner gives at this store!We got all 3 rugs at a much lower price than other places and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for area rugs!!

I came to the new location this evening to get rug for my moms house and I am so happy i went there. My sister bought her area rug from them few months ago and she has been talking about it. The service we received was impeccable and I will be definitely recommending them to each and every body i know in my circle for such a good quality area rugs . Great Service :)

Bought this large area rug from The rug store. Jacob was a big help in helping us pick a rug. Also is full of knowledge when it comes to rugs. Also the song in the commercial is sick... Good prices, amazing customer service and I can't stress enough that Jacob did an outstanding job.

I have seldom had the shopping experience I had at the Rug Store today. Friendly staff with NO pressure. Beautiful products and I literally could not believe the prices. I sent pictures of their products to family members that were looking for a rug.They were so helpful and genuinely were interested in helping me.Such a great experience.

My mom had recently moved and was looking for an area rug and this was the first place she wanted to go, as it came highly recommended by a family friend. The Rug Store truly has the best selection of rugs, best quality and prices! The gentleman who assisted us was very helpful and knowledgable, and was not pushy at all! He let us take our time and look at everything and answered all of our questions. We also felt good about supporting a local business in our community rather than purchasing from a big box store. My mom is extremely satisfied with her rug and we cannot recommend The Rug Store enough!!

Every time I have been to the store the owner has been smiley, helpful and knowledgeable but with no pressure to purchase- a winning combination! Yesterday I purchased a rug and was delighted with the quality and price -as long as there is a style of rug you like, you absolutely cannot go wrong with this store - the customer service is A++++++

Instead of going to a "big box" or "chain" store, we decided to look for rugs at a local small business. We have been more than satisfied with the experience. The person we dealt with, Khaled, was unfailingly polite, friendly but entirely professional; he showed in-depth knowledge of product in general, of his stock, and of current design trends; he asked pertinent questions regarding our home decor including furniture, and offered relevant suggestions. We bought two area rugs and were pleased by both the quality and the price. We are quite happy to recommend The Rug Store.
